Holyhead Hotspur Football Club (Welsh: Clwb Pêl-droed Hotspur Caergybi) is a football club based in Holyhead, Anglesey. They currently play in the Ardal NW, the third tier of the Welsh football pyramid.

The team's first choice strip is burgundy shirts, burgundy shorts and white socks. The second choice strip is all blue.

Holyhead Hotspur play at the New Oval ground opposite the leisure centre in Holyhead. The new stadium was opened in a ceremony on 27 July 2007 with a friendly match against a Wolverhampton Wanderers XI.

Holyhead Hotspur FC je futbalový klub sídliaci v meste Holyhead na ostrove Anglesey vo Walese. Vznikol v roku 1883 a v súčasnosti hrá v Cymru North, druhej najvyššej divízii vo Walese.

Štadiónom klubu je Maes-y-Neuadd, ktorý má kapacitu 2 500 miest. Klub má prezývku "Hotshots" a jeho tradičnými farbami sú žltá a čierna.

Holyhead Hotspur FC vyhral Welsh Cup dvakrát v rokoch 1922 a 1928. Klub sa tiež zúčastnil Európskeho pohára víťazov pohárov v sezóne 1970-71, kde prehral v prvom kole s Bayernom Mníchov.

Medzi významných bývalých hráčov klubu patria John Neal, Dave Whelan a Ian Rush.
