Wikipedia - Tuwaiq Club

Tuwaiq Club (Arabic: نادي طويق) is a Saudi Arabian football club based in Al Zulfi and competes in the Saudi Second Division, the third tier of Saudi football. The club was founded in 1964 by Sulaiman Al-Saif and its first president was Ali bin Ahmed Al-Eid. The club is named after the Tuwaiq mountain in Najd. Tuwaiq won their second promotion to the Saudi Second Division during the 2020–21 season after reaching the semi-finals of the Saudi Third Division. They previously played in the first edition of the Second Division in 1976–77. The club also consists of various other departments including karate, weightlifting, futsal, and volleyball.

Tuwaiq FC je profesionálny saudskoarabský futbalový klub so sídlom v Rijáde. Klub bol založený v roku 2006 a v súčasnosti hrá v Saudi Pro League, najvyššej súťaži saudskoarabského futbalu.

Štadiónom klubu je Tuwaiq Stadium s kapacitou 5 000 miest. Dresy klubu sú zeleno-biele s čiernymi detailmi.

Tuwaiq FC vyhral Saudi Second Division v sezóne 2018-19 a postúpil do Saudi Pro League. V sezóne 2019-20 skončil klub na 14. mieste v lige.

Hlavným trénerom klubu je od roku 2020 Flávio Amado. Najlepšími hráčmi klubu sú brankár Fawaz Al-Qarni, obranca Ahmed Al-Amri, stredopoliar Fayez Al-Shammari a útočník Haroune Camara.
