Found 3 September 1929 as Sociedade de Foot-Ball Sport Club Guarany.
Guarani de Venancio Aires je brazílsky futbalový klub z mesta Venâncio Aires v štáte Rio Grande do Sul. Klub bol založený 19. novembra 1934. V súčasnosti hrá v Campeonato Gaúcho Série A2, druhej najvyššej futbalovej súťaži v štáte Rio Grande do Sul. Domáce zápasy hráva na Estádio Edmundo Feix.
